The team's impressive streak of seven consecutive victories came to a halt this Saturday, as they faced a formidable SE Dons side. The Dons established an early advantage in the fourth minute. Nevertheless, the Sports displayed resilience, fighting back and earning a penalty following a foul on Jack Marsh. Jahmal took the responsibility to convert the spot kick but was unable to do so successfully as his kick hit the upright.
SE Dons extended their lead with a goal from Ed Mbang in the thirty-second minute. The Dons further solidified their position in the fifty-sixth minute when Tobi Cocker found the net from close range. Despite the setbacks, the Sports remained undeterred and continued to put up a spirited fight. Their hard work was rewarded in the eighty-fourth minute when Jahmal capitalised on a goalkeeping error to reduce the deficit.
Unfortunately, this effort fell short as the match concluded without further changes to the score line.

The victory was even more impressive as Keeper Archie Simmons had to leave the pitch early in the 1st half due to a dislocated finger, midfielder Joe Skinner put on the gloves and pulled off some important saves.
Some backs to the wall defending from the lads ensured yet another victory over a team in the play off places.
